From all the most legendary top models whom we have been lucky to see for real*, Jessica Miller is the most polite and friendly one. We are big fans of her, as we are big fans of her work for Calvin Klein and CK with Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
She's got a real personality and a special energy.
And these days in Paris she is all over the place for Georges Rech.

*unfortunately we have never seen some of them, like Daria Werbowy.

UJ campaign ss 2010 : Anna de Rijk

La nouvelle campagne UJ (Uniqlo Jeans) stylée par Joe McKenna pour la saison printemps-été 2010 se distingue par sa sobriété et son homogénéité.
Du noir au blanc, les tonalités dominantes sont cependant les différentes nuances de gris que l'on retrouve dans la gamme de couleurs de cette collection de jeans.

La simplicité du message est illustrée par le choix du portrait en pied : on ne voit que le jean, porté par un mannequin photographié torse nu. Le stylisme insiste sur l'harmonisation entre le modèle de jean choisi et le mannequin qui le porte.

En apparence très simple, cette campagne se révèle cependant très étudiée : les poses des mannequins, le stylisme, la palette de couleurs et la composition de l'image sont habilement combinés afin de mettre en valeur le message de cette campagne : le nouveau jean, telle une seconde peau, est celui qui correspond parfaitement à chacun.

Nous aimons les images d'Inez van Lamsweerde et Vinoodh Matadin et également le casting de cette campagne : Anna de Rijk, Ginta Lapina, Kelly Moreira, Tao Okamoto, Christian Brylle, Paolo Anchisi et Viggo Jonasson.
