And so this will be the last + J by Uniqlo campaign and collection.
Jil Sander's collaboration with Uniqlo has been a constant striving for respecting her own codes : sobriety, softness, quality.
We will miss this innovative yet classical impulse applied to the giant market.
New collaborations, as fruitful and profitable (for both parts, we hope), would be more than welcome.
Aesthetic ambition has to be the real target for ambitious retailers.

Uniqlo & Condé Nast Japan : Fashion Unites for Japan

Uniqlo, en association avec Condé Nast Japon, a demandé à dix artistes, acteurs, couturiers, chanteurs, de renommée internationale d'écrire un message de soutien au peuple japonais en vue de produire une série de T-shirts qui sera mise en vente à partir du 25 juin.
Les bénéfices seront entièrement reversés à la Croix Rouge japonaise.

Fashion Unites for Japan is a cooperation between Uniqlo and Condé Nast Japan to support the Japanese people by producing a limited tee-shirts edition designed by celebrities, that will be launched at the end of June.

With Karl Lagerfeld, Alber Elbaz, Charlize Theron, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman, Blake Lively, Cyndi Lauper...
