Dries Van Noten Exhibition : Garments - Lightscapes

We already posted about the Dries van Noten & James Reeve exhibition. Here you will find a video which starts with the city night lights of Hong Kong. You will hear Dries van Noten, himself, talking about the technical sides and the difficult task it is to make clothes out of these photographies. You will also learn how he wants to free himself from fabrics to focus on shapes and volumes !

Dries Van Noten Exhibition with James Reeve

We have previously talked about the Dries Van Noten Spring Summer 2012 collection, and his collaboration with the photographer James Reeve. So we were pleased to read on the Dries Van Noten website that an exhibition was on display in Vienna and will take place in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Paris. It will be possible to see some dresses, shirts, skirts and accessories alongside the nightscape series of photography by James Reeve.
