Theyskens' Theory Resort 2014 Collection

Presented on Hanne Gaby Odiele, the resort 2014 collection designed by Olivier Theyskens for Theyskens's Theory is a new proposition of wearing a casual yet sophisticated wardrobe. With a work on distressed denim first, it shows a new way of wearing jeans, blazers and shorts with elegance and femininity.
Dresses are giving an ethereal note too.

Proenza Schouler Resort 2014 Collection

Resort 2014 collections are arriving at Moda Operandi and the first displayed is the Proenza Schouler resort collection.

It might be seen as a variation on proportions - long pleated skirt integrated in a dress with cropped overlay top, long pleated skirt worn with a cropped jacket, long pencil gathered skirt worn with a cropped turtleneck.
We like this way of playing with proportions and the alternating between delicate colours and a pure black and white motif.

Light sophistication might be the trademark of this collection.
